Animal Rescue/Breeder Section

In this section we have made a special place for individuals and organizations that have dedicated themselves to rescuing, caring for and re-homing abandoned, abused or owner-surrendered animals.  We know that obtaining funds, fund-raising, and the revenue derived from online shopping cart sales are an integral part of providing the proper level of care that these animals need and deserve while awaiting a new, permanent home.  We are also well aware of the fact that reputable, dedicated breeders play a crucial role in keeping purebred animals genetically and tempermentally sound so that the best attributes of their chosen breed can be built upon and the less desirable traits, temperments and faults can be systematically eliminated. 

To help you expand your fund-raising efforts, we have grouped all of our rescue animal related items into this section.

THE PRODUCT - We at Hartmann of Florida have been manufacturing ceiling fan pulls (See example pictures in red box above) here in Central Florida for 14 years. Our ceiling fan pulls are made of Porcelain, and are very durable.  They are 2" tall and barrel shaped.  The images on both sides of the barrel are fired into the piece and will not rub, wash or scratch off.  All visible metal is 18K gold plated over solid brass.  Every fan pull comes complete with a 6" 18K gold plated extension chain already attached to the fan pull. It will snap on the last bead of the chain on the ceiling fan or light with a beaded chain.

TAX EXEMPT/NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION STATUS - We require a paper copy of either a DR-13 (resale   Tax ID #) or a statement on your letterhead that you are a Non-Profit Organization, with your first order.  If you are placing your first order online, please fax a copy of the above information to us at 1-863-324-7933.  The fax is answered 24 hours a day.

PACKAGING: We offer two packaging types to meet your individual needs:  1.  Unpackaged (polybagged) - Click on  the word Unpackaged to see a picture.  The unpackaged poreclain pieces are all $2.95 each regardless of which style number or breed you choose.  They are good for Internet sales.  They also work fine for point of purchase events, but might tend to get lost on a table with a lot of other sale items.  2.  Tube Packaged - Click on the word to see an example of tube packaging.  Tube packaged pricing is $3.60 each, regardless of style number or breed.  This type of packaging is great for point of purchase events - the pieces are much more visible, and are less likely to "disappear" into someone's pocket.  The choice is up to you.  CALL US AT 1-800-370-8222 OR E-MAIL US AT info@hartmannofflorida.com TO ASK ABOUT OUR SPECIAL MINI DISPLAY FOR FUNDRAISERS.

CLOSEOUT CERAMIC FAN PULL DOG AND CAT BREEDS:  As with all things in life, the only constant is change.  For the first 12 years that we were in business, we manufactured all of the fan pulls out of Ceramic.  About 3 years ago we started encountering several unsolvable production problems.  Just under 18 months ago, we decided to make the change from Ceramic to Porcelain.  While the process is very different, the end result is almost the same.  Most of the differences in the finished product are visual.  The Ceramic pieces are slightly off-white and a hair smaller than the Porcelain pieces, which are a bright white.  We have some closeout ceramic fan pull inventory in dog breeds and cats.  We have reduced the price on the closeout ceramic fan pull pieces to $2.45 unpackaged and $3.10 Tube Packaged.  All of the chain and metal findings are the same 18K gold plate.  When these ceramic closeout styles are gone, they will not be replaced, so make sure to look through them when you are considering placing an order.

CLOSEOUT CERAMIC LAMP FINIAL DOG BREEDS:  Along with the Closeout Ceramic Fan Pulls we also have some Closeout Ceramic Lamp Finials.  Lamp Finials hold the shade on the harp of the lamp.  Our selection of ceramic dog lamp finials is very limited.  Once they are gone, they will not be replaced.  At this time, we are not producing lamp finials in porcelain and have no plans to do so in the forseeable future.  The closeout price on Ceramic Lamp Finials is $3.65 each unpackaged (reduced from $4.35 each).  Click here to see the list of dog lamp finials available.

PRICING/MIMIMUM ORDER - The wholesale price on all of the porcelain pieces in this section is $2.95 for Unpackaged pieces or $3.60 for Tube Packaged  pieces.   The suggested retail price is $6.95 - leaving you a good profit margin, although you may charge more or less as a retail price if you wish.  Our minimum order in this rescue/breeder section is $50.00  that breaks out to 17 Unpackaged porcelain pieces or 14 Tube Packaged porcelain pieces.  If you are interested in taking advantage of the closeout pieces, the minimum would be 20 ceramic unpackaged pieces or 16 Tube packaged ceramic pieces.  This is a special minimum offered only to our rescue/breeder customers.  Our usual wholesale mimimum order is $100.00.  You can order as few as 1 of a style and combine styles to meet the minimum if you wish.

GUARANTEE - All sales are guaranteed.  If our ceiling fan pulls do not sell for you, we will, with proper approval, take them back.  In the event that there should be breakage during shipment, we will either replace or credit the broken piece(s).

SHIPPING - Our shipping time is usually 24 to 48 hours after the order is received.   We do accept post-dated orders - for example - if you are having a fundraiser in 2 or 3 months, but want to place the order now, we can hold the order and ship in time for your event.  If you use a credit card to pay for the order, nothing will be charged to the credit card until the merchandise is shipped. If you wish to pay by check, we will not require payment until the order is shipped.  Shipping charges are added to the invoice and are weight based in accordance with published UPS rates.  We ship UPS nationwide every business day.    Please remember that shipping days do not include the day that we ship.  For example, if you are located in Pennsylvania (3 working days in transit) and we ship on Monday, you will receive your shipment on Thursday.  It is possible for us to ship Next Day Air or Second Day Air but the additional shipping costs are very expensive.  Plan ahead.  Click here to view detailed UPS Shipping information,UPS Time in transit and approximate shipping weights.

OTHER WAYS THAT WE CAN HELP -

1.  Link our retail website to your rescue site -  With over 500 styles that include animals, flowers, fruit, angels, dogs, cats, horses, nautical, lighthouses, and patriotic, we have something for everyone.  For each order placed through our retail website: www.fanpullsplus.com, we will donate 10% of the retail price ($6.95 each - our retail price = $.69) for each fan pull purchased to your organization.  All we require is that the name of your organization be placed in the comments section of the order form.  Donation checks will be mailed to you once a month.

2.  Flyers given out at Fundraising Events (click on the words to see a sample)- Some rescue/breeder organizations using our fan pulls for fundraising events have asked us to provide flyers about our fan pulls that will be included in adoption packets, "goodie bags" given out to event attendees, or used as handouts at various fundraising functions.  We will donate the same 10% on all items purchased as a result of these flyers.  These orders can be placed through our retail website: www. fanpullsplus.com, by phone or fax.  Again, all we need is the name of your organization included with the final processing information and the 10% will be mailed to you once a month.

3.  JPG images for your Online Shopping Area - Upon request, we will be happy to provide our jpg image(s) of your chosen rescue breed(s) fan pulls for inclusion in your online shopping area.  This would save you the time and trouble of having to re-shoot the pictures.  We will also provide any needed text.
