On the right side of website pages, you will see our Search Station.

This is your tool to find the merchandise you are looking for in our website.

For the rest of this section, when we ask you to "do this", "check that", "select this option", etc., we mean for you to perform such instructions inside the Search Station area of the website.

In order to see the items that we are offering as closeouts, make sure that you have the "Closeout" option selected.

All of the items shown in the Closeout Section are offered at less than our regular wholesale price. Both the regular Wholesale Price and Closeout Price are shown, so that you can see the savings.

To search by Keyword, type in a word that interests you.

For example: typing the word flowers and clicking "Search" at the bottom of the Search Station Section will search our website for flower related items.

If you have not chosen any other search criteria, you will see all of the items related to flowers.

If you already know the Item (Product) Number of the item you wish to view, you can quickly and easily find it by typing in the number and then clicking the "Search" button at the bottom of the Search Station.

Using an Item Number for search criteria will ignore all other types of criteria in your search.

At this time, to view the Porcelain, it is necesary to put the small letter "p" in front of the number.

The Material / Medium option allows you to select from the various material types from which our products are made.

The default value is "Select All", and the computer will automatically search all mediums with this option selected.

If you click the arrow box, you will be able to specify one material type by which to conduct your search.

For example, if you are only interested in seeing our Porcelain items, choose the Porcelain option and click the "Search" button.

The Type of Item option allows you to select from the different types of items that we have available, such as Fan Pulls, Plates, Auto Pendants, etc.

The default value is "Select All", and the computer will automatically search all types of items with this option selected.

If you click the arrow box, you will be able to specify one type of item by which to conduct your search.

For example, if you are only interested in seeing our Fan Pulls, choose the Fan Pulls option and click the "Search" button.

The Categories option allows you to select from the major categories into which our products have been grouped.

The default value is "Select All", and the computer will automatically search all categories with this option selected.

If you click the arrow box, you will be able to specify one category by which to conduct your search.

For example, if you are only interested in seeing our Cats, choose the Cats option and click the "Search" button.

The New Item search option will enable you to have a quick view of all of the newest styles that have just become available.

By clicking the box next to New Items to make the check mark appear, you tell the website you only want to view the New Items in our catalog. Then, after clicking the "Search" button, the computer will only show the newest items.

You may also click the box next to New Items to make the check mark disappear. This search will still show any New Items, but will also show you older items in the catalog also.

The Specials search option will enable you to have a quick view of all of the Specials that we are holding on selected merchandise.

By clicking the box next to Specials to make the check mark appear, you tell the website you only want to view the Specials in our catalog. Then, after clicking the "Search" button, the computer will only show the items that have Specials running on them.

You may also click the box next to Specials to make the check mark disappear. This search will still show any Specials, but will also show you items that currently have no Special promotion.

The Animal Rescue search option will enable you to have a quick view of all merchandise that benefits various Animal Rescue programs. To find out more about the programs, click here.

By clicking the box next to Animal Rescue to make the check mark appear, you tell the website you only want to view the Animal Rescue merchandise in our catalog. Then, after clicking the "Search" button, the computer will only show the items that benefit the Animal Rescue.

You may also click the box next to Animal Rescue to make the check mark disappear. This search will still show merchandise benefiting Animal Rescue, but will also show you items that are not part of the Animal Rescue program.

The RESET BUTTON will cancel out the search criteria that you have already chosen and take it back to the default, so that you can easily change your search requirements.

Porcelain Fan Pulls - Choose "Catalog" at the top of the page. From "Material/Medium" choose Porcelain. From Type of Item choose Fan Pulls. Choose the appropriate Category if you wish. (you do not have to choose a category if you don't want to. If you do not choose a category, your search will show all Porcelain Fan Pulls. If you choose a category, the computer will only show the Porcelain Fan Pulls in the category of your choosing.) Click SEARCH at the bottom of the Search Station Section.

Faux Crystal Fan Pulls - Choose "Catalog" at the top of the page. From "Material/Medium" choose Faux Crystal. From Type of Item choose Fan Pulls. Choose the appropriate Category if you wish. (you do not have to choose a category if you don't want to. If you do not choose a category, your search will show all Faux Crystal Fan Pulls. If you choose a category, the computer will only show the Faux Crystal Fan Pulls in the category of your choosing.) Click SEARCH at the bottom of the Search Station Section.

Resin Fan Pulls - Choose "Catalog" at the top of the page. From "Material/Medium" choose Resin. From Type of Item choose Fan Pulls.

Choose the appropriate Category if you wish. (you do not have to choose a category if you don't want to. If you do not choose a category, your search will show all Resin Fan Pulls. If you choose a category, the computer will only show the Resin Fan Pulls in the category of your choosing.) Click SEARCH at the bottom of the Search Station Section.

Sports Ball Fan Pulls - Choose "Catalog" at the top of the page. From "Material/Medium" choose Sports Balls. From Type of Item choose Fan Pulls.

Click SEARCH at the bottom of the Search Station Section.

All Fan Pulls in the Current Catalog no matter what medium - Leave Material/Medium at the "Select All" default. Choose Fan Pulls from Type of Item. Click SEARCH at the bottom of the Search Station Section. Due to the numbering system that we re using at this time, the Faux Crystal Fan Pulls will appear first. Simply page through until you find what you are looking for.

Lamp Finials (Porcelain) - At this time we are not stocking Porcelain LampFinials. They can be ordered but will take a few extra days to be shipped to you. These are currently a special order item.

Decorator Plates - Choose "Catalog" at the top of the page. From "Material/Medium" choose Porcelain. From Type of Item choose Decorator Plates.

Choose the appropriate Category if you wish. (you do not have to choose a category if you don't want to. If you do not choose a category, your search will show all Porcelain Decorator Plates. If you choose a category, the computer will only show the Porcelain Decorator Plates in the category of your choosing.) Click SEARCH at the bottom of the Search Station Section.

Spare Parts - Choose "Catalog" at the top of the page. From Type of Item choose Spare Parts. Click SEARCH at the bottom of the Search Station Section. In this section you will find Extra Langths of Chain, Connectors and other miscellaneous pieces that you might need.

Key Chains - Choose "Catalog" at the top of the page. From "Material/Medium" choose Faux Crystal. From Type of Item choose Key Chains.

Choose the appropriate Category if you wish. (you do not have to choose a category if you don't want to. If you do not choose a category, your search will show all Key Chains. If you choose a category, the computer will only show the Key Chains in the category of your choosing.) Click SEARCH at the bottom of the Search Station Section.

Auto Pendants - Choose "Catalog" at the top of the page. From "Material/Medium" choose Faux Crystal. From Type of Item choose Auto Pendants.

Large Ornaments (Closeout Only) - Choose "Closeouts" at the top of the page. From "Material/Medium" choose FauxCrystal. From Type of Item choose Large Ornaments. Click SEARCH at the bottom of the Search Station Section.

Resin Figurines (Closeout Only) - Choose "Closeouts" at the top of the page. From "Material/Medium" choose Resin. From Type of Item choose Figurines. Click SEARCH at the bottom of the Search Station Section.

All Closeout Items - To view all closeout items regardless of type or medium, select "Closeout at the top of the page. Leave all defaults at "Select All. Click SEARCH" at the bottom of the Search Station Section.
